Enlightened

Finally, the holiday has begun! Could you imagine how thrilled I must feel :) Even though it's time for rest, obligations cannot be put on hold. There is preparation for the entrance exam(University), trying not to neglect the books that have to be read...It's going to be quite busy, as you can see. But then again, we cannot help but be influenced by this Christmas and New Year's spirit. It's everywhere, from our homes to the centre of the town and all the shops. And it is beautiful, indeed.

This week I had a wonderful time with my family and really try to spend as much time as I can with them. During our long walks, I couldn't help but pose a bit while my brother was taking the pictures. There are not many of them, but I wanted to publish them...so enjoy!

Real Aikido-WCRA

Anything I try to say and write about this post is simply not enough...I have had the greatest honour and pleasure to be a part of an international event, which is organised annually. The Grandmaster Ljubomir Vracarevic is the founder of a martial art named The Real Aikido. Its roots originate from Japan, and the only person who had black belt 10 dan (the founder of Aikido itself) was Morihei Ueshiba. Those two legends are no longer with us, but the tradition has continued to be present everywhere. Now something about the seminar... Frankly, there are no words to properly describe the feeling and emotion each person must have felt that day. Imagine two hundred people making identical moves simultaniously-by the command of one of the most prominent masters nowadays-Igor Petrovic and with help of an excellent aikidoka-Vladimir Vokic. The official photographer of our club(my brother) was taking pictures of the event and he really made me proud :) Thanks bro!

Abbey road

It's a harsh world out there...Especially when a cruel winter strikes. Every time I think of it, I recall the very great show, Game of thrones and the quote: "Brace yourselves, the winter is coming". Yes, we are aware of that...But right before this snow and coldness, there was this sparkle of very few warm days enlighted with beams of sunlight. It was as if the spring started to rule again, but it was supressed by the mighty cold. I had the pleasure to go to the city nearby, just 40km outside of Cacak, Kraljevo. It is a town as big as our own, but slightly different. It was Sunday when we went there, so it might have affected the fact that not many people could be seen outside, who knows...The beauty of it was emphasized by the weather, so some time in the future I wouldn't mind stopping by for a cup of coffee. :)

 The title of the post is justified, as you can see I have been trying to imitate the historic picture of The Beatles in my own version :) Yes, I was alone, but it's the efford that counts.

Gone with the wind

Well, well... As a senior in Highschool, I would have never thought that I was going to have so many obligations and commitments, but what the hell, that's what I signed up for. So much to study, so little time. Anyway, I am trying my best to find a balance in all that fuss and chaos. At times it is hard, I have to admit, but I somehow manage to find the inner strenght and motivation to conquer everything that is thrown upon me. During the worst time of the week, I simply decided to run away from everything and visit my brother in Belgrade and, needless to say, it was divine escaping from school and all those chores. We were very grateful about the weather because it enabled us to take some utterly exquisite pictures, in my opinion, at least. So, enough of this, here are some 'works of art' made by my brother. :) 

8 Mile

Hello from the capital! :) Whenever I have a couple of days study-free, I use them to a maximum. Right now I'm in our apartment, visiting my brother. We had a great day, as I use to say wonderschon! Today was a very important game of football (Partizan-Zvezda), but we weren't able to go, because all the tickets had been previously sold. But no worries, we had plenty of other things to do. Right now we are tired as hell, so I might as well go to sleep some time soon.
