Off we go

I never thought that this period of life would come this quickly-my brother has enrolled into college, so it is time to seek the perfect place for living while studying. The four of us went to Belgrade to 'hunt' for flats and found a perfect one-just what is needed. The day went better than we expected, but we weren't able to stay long, as I had a birthday party at my friend's. I mustn't forget to mention that the weather was indeed wonderful, so it was actually combining business with pleasure.

Evoking memories

Yesterday afternoon we went to my Granny's house to have lunch as she had invited us the previous day. After eating everything that was set on the table, my bro and I decided do go outside to a local playground. It wasn't that crowded so we were able to go back being kids again-I loved it! So many memories bond me to that specific place and they all came out overwhelming me. After taking some pictures, we headed home(I had practice :/ ), but there's still that feeling of carelessness every time I think of childhood. :)   

The vast nothingness of space

This was probably the dullest day of my summer. I couldn't believe the massive veil of boredom that had come upon me. I called my brother out, for a walk, away from the town centre, because I just needed to chill out... He brought his camera along, as he usually does, and after cheering me up a bit we ended up with some material for a new post. Who would've though! 

Oh, by the way, the prison looking building seen in the background is actually my primary school...not a lot of memories bond me to it, but it was nice seeing it again, as I hadn't passed through these streets in years.

The Godfather

These days we were in such a fuss and hurry because our dearest godfather got married! His wife is the most adorable woman originally from Kazakhstan, but lives with him in Stuttgart, Germany. Florian has a house here in Serbia and they decided to throw a celebration party for closest friends and relatives. The party insisted on dress code and it was splendid.
First we had a tour on a boat which lasted approx 3 hours and after that, the celebration continued in a restaurant 'Plaza' just near the lake. Needless to say it was perfect! So many different nations gathered at the same place, the cocktails were pouring, the music was great and everybody had the time of their lives :)
It was hard to choose only some among numerous photos!

Chillin'

                                          What a day that was! 

Not being able to endure this much heat, we decided to go to the lake. Our friend has a house there and was so kind to invite us. Eleven of us spent a wonderful day relaxing, enjoying the sun and warm water, eating watermelon and playing games. This is the way we escape from the hot concrete and crowded beach. The photos themselves show how much fun it was :)
